What to batch cook for a successful fourth trimester
What food to prioritise to heal and repair
How to rebuild your energy and strength
What to eat for breastfeeding success
How nutrition can affect mood and mental health
What’s included:
Live group sessions: Each weekly group call is run live via Zoom so you get to know me and your fellow participants
Recordings and handouts: You will receive a personal login to the programme’s portal where you can find recordings of the live sessions and weekly handouts, so you can learn wherever and whenever you need.
Recipe eBook: Nearly 100 easy recipes designed to nurture your pregnancy and fourth trimester. No special cooking skills required!
Group support: Private Facebook group so you get to know your fellow participants and support each other. I will be in this group every day during the 8 weeks so you will get all the support you need
Catch up week: Each half of the programme contains 3 weeks of content followed by a catch-up week where you can ask questions about anything you’ve learnt so far. All group calls are recorded and uploaded and you will have lifetime access to the content. You won’t get left behind and feel overwhelmed!
