All 1:1 clients start with a free 40-minute health and lifestyle review. This is your chance to talk at length about your health challenges with a health expert who truly cares. During our time together you’ll tell me what you’re struggling with and I’ll share how nutrition can help.

You’ll receive a health and energy review and personalised recommendations for getting started on your journey to better health and renewed energy.

I’ll assess your needs and if I think I can help, I’ll invite you to the package that best suits your needs based on what you’ve told me.

I work entirely online so it doesn’t matter where you are!

A simple reset to help you get started.
