How it works

Once you’ve booked in for our session you will receive a pre-consult questionnaire to complete. This will contain questions of your personal health history and will help give me an idea of what your biggest challenge is and how to focus our time together.

During our session we will discuss the 5 pillars of Motherhood and decide which one to focus on. We will dive into what you’ve tried before, what worked and didn’t work, and together come up with some changes you can make to start seeing an improvement in your energy. We will make a plan for one to two small changes you can make once a week for the month following our session together.

After our session, I will send any resources or links I think you will find useful. You will also have voicenotes and messaging access to me for one week after our session to ask any questions and to update me on your progress. This will help keep you accountable and motivated – the keys to your success!

No calorie counting, no cutting out food groups, no faddy diets, no guilt, no shame. 

I blend practical wellbeing with mindfulness and mindset upgrades to bring you your version of an energised motherhood. I hold out my hand and gently guide you through the 5 pillars so you can reset, recharge and re-emerge ready to embrace motherhood with all the challenges it brings.

  • Whilst we can’t dig deep into your health history and find root causes of your health challenges in just one hour, we can cover an awful lot of very practically ways to make small changes to what you’re already doing in your everyday life.

    My genius is listening to where you are right now and giving you small, actionable things to upgrade or make a small improvement.

    I’m not interested in overwhelming you – that just won’t work! You’ll be surprised how much we’ll cover in the hour – and how easy it will feel afterwards. You’ll need a notebook as there’ll be some aha! moments!

  • You could – but I bet you have already lost countless hours to Dr Google already. There is a lot of information out there about health and nutrition…and that’s why you’re so confused. I take what you are experiencing personally, right now, and help you come up with a plan that fits into your life. Google knows an awful lot about you – but it is still no match for a real person. Plus Google won’t be there to smile encouragingly and be your cheerleader as you start seeing a change!

  • The Recharge Power Hour is designed to address one challenge that can be improved using food or lifestyle changes alone. Ethically I can’t provide advice on complex diet plans, supplements or recommend tests without regular follow up appointments.
