  • You’ve lost yourself in the whirlwind of motherhood, barely any time to do much more than put your hair up in a bun. You don’t like what you see in the mirror but can’t face putting makeup on when you’ll only be spending the day with your children.

Before I started working with Tasha I was tired, stressed, suffering with painful menstrual cycles, headaches, hormonal acne and just generally fed up with not really looking after myself. I created the Motherhood RESET Method over the 5 years I’ve been working with women in early motherhood. During that time I came to realise that a healthy motherhood is a great big puzzle, with lots of interlocking pieces that only make sense when they’re all in place. So I developed my 5 pillars of motherhood that need to be in balance to navigate a stormy motherhood towards clearer, calmer waters.

Rhythm: leaning into your energy that naturally ebbs and flows throughout the day, month and year so you can match your energy to the season of life you are in right now. Embracing the rhythm of your monthly cycles to balance your hormones and finally make sense of your mood swings.

Eat: uncovering effortless energy by eating the right things at the right time in the right way. Nourish your brain, your gut, your immune system and – most importantly – your soul.

Sleep: taking your sleep as seriously as you take your children’s sleep so you feel deeply rested and refreshed in the morning, full of energy and ready to face the challenges of motherhood.

Exercise: the cornerstone of age-proofing your body. Build strength, stamina and flexibility so you can move joyfully and playfully with your children.

Time: reframe how you spend your time so you can prioritise yourself, learn how to manage your time so you can better cope with the stressors of motherhood and build relationships and communities so you build a village that meets your needs.

We will take each pillar and take a deep dive into them, learning why they’re important and what to do – and crucially, take regular, small action steps towards achieving positive changes that add up over time and stick.

  • Are looking for a quick fix. This sort of work takes time! And I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed in motherhood so the work we do in this course is done one actionable step at a time

  • Are looking for a diet plan. ‘Eat’ is one of the key pillars of the Motherhood RESET Method and I teach you how to eat for joy, to feel well-nourished and for good health – not punishment. I don’t encourage counting calories, carbs, fat, syns or anything else that sucks fun out of food. You might well lose weight as you go through the RESET but it will probably be the least remarkable result you get.

  • Can’t find 10 minutes a day for this work. I know it’s hard to find time for ourselves in motherhood, but putting yourself last is how you got to where you are in the first place! If you give yourself the time now, you will reap the benefits far into the future.

Before I started working with Tasha I was feeling stuck with lots of things but just generally feeling unwell, exhausted and in pain most of the time. How it works

Over three months we will take a deep dive into each of the 5 pillars with bite-sized videos released weekly. In addition we will have a weekly live Q&A and mindset session.

There will be an off-Facebook community to connect with the other participants for support, accountability and cheerleading.

Each participant will start with a 15-minute chat to find out where you are in your motherhood and to discuss how to make the most out of the programme. There will be an opportunity to upgrade to VIP level for more 1:1 time with me for in-depth health assessment and personalised recommendations, plus extra accountability and check-ins via voicenotes and text messages.

  • No, not yet. I will be creating the course as I go, adapting to feedback and the needs of the group. This way I will create the course I know is needed, rather than what I assume is needed. The first cohort of each programme will be instrumental in guiding the content of the course, so if you’re one of the founding members you will have a hand in changing the lives of other mums. Community will be a key aspect of the course to build a support system of other like-minded mum.

  • The price will be set closer to the release date, but the first cohort for each programme will receive it at a substantially lower price than subsequent rounds as they will be my beta testers. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when it’s available.

  • Every course attendee will have a 15-minute 1:1 orientation consult with me online to discuss your experience of motherhood and any medical conditions or medications I need to be aware of. There will be an option to upgrade to include 3 x 1 hour monthly sessions, instant messages for quick questions plus weekly check-ins via voice notes. The upgrade is suitable for you if you have a specific health concern you need to address more directly using dietary changes, functional testing and supplements, or if you need direct coaching to work through your challenges.
