Rebuild is where you replenish what a decade of putting everyone else first has taken from you
You've probably been trying to work out whether this is perimenopause showing up sooner than you thought, or just what happens when you're parenting small children in your 40s.
But perimenopause hasn’t turned up at 40 to start breaking your body.
Ten years of broken sleep, skipped breakfasts and feeding everyone else have left you running on empty.
Perimenopause has arrived on top of reserves you never replenished.
REBUILD’s first round starts on 19 November 2026.
What if your body isn't failing?
What if it's asking you to replenish what's been missing for years?
You're in your early 40s. You’ve organised your entire life around your children, working part-time during school hours, cramming a full day's work into limited time.
You snap at them over tiny things and regret it instantly. You push your son away when he comes for a hug because you're so touched out, then lie awake worrying you're teaching him to stop coming. He’s getting old enough to notice when you're short-tempered, cautious around your moods.
The weight is creeping on. The sugar cravings feel impossible to control. The afternoon crash has become inevitable. You're exhausted in a way sleep doesn't fix, even though you're getting several hours at a stretch now.
And you've probably tried to get a handle on this before.
Cut back on sugar. Tried to eat better. Maybe even looked into what perimenopause actually needs nutritionally.
None of that is bad, it kind of works. It's why you felt a bit better for a week or two.
But nothing sticks because you’re still treating the symptoms without rebuilding the reserves.
The breakfast biscuit on the way to the car. The 3pm pastry you didn't even realise you'd eaten until it was gone.
And so long as you keep thinking this is about willpower or finding the right diet, the rage stays, the exhaustion stays, and you've just accepted this is normal now.
Your body doesn't need more discipline.
It needs you to understand what pregnancy, broken sleep and years of feeding everyone else first have actually taken from you.
You've spent a decade training your body that your needs come last.
Pregnancy pulled from reserves that were already low and years of broken sleep, skipped breakfasts, feeding everyone else first kept on draining your reserves.
“I was suffering significantly from the symptoms of perimenopause when I reached out to Tasha. Bad sleep, low energy, brain fog, and then the final straw: low mood that lasted two weeks. I didn’t feel like me, and I knew this wasn’t right.
I’m no longer crying every day. I feel energised, refreshed, stronger. I’m back to engaging fully with my family, I’ve booked in time to do things I enjoy, and I’m feeling more creative because of it. I still have the odd bad night, but it’s far more manageable, and I can see it’s a response to what I’ve been doing that day rather than something happening to me.
I think of it like this: the symptoms we feel are our body’s way of telling us something is out of balance. I could hear my body shouting at me, loud and clear, but I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Now I’m listening in a different way, and I know I’ve put in a lot of work to get here.”
Stop trying to fix the symptoms.
Replenish the reserves first... and your body starts working with you again.
In Rebuild, healthy eating is the foundation that gives you capacity for everything else
You've spent years pushing through exhaustion because that's what mothers do.
Now you'd like to feel like yourself again, without the endless admin of micro-managing your body.
Over the three months we work on:
Steadier blood sugar, so the 3pm crash stops running your afternoon
Meals that replenish you, using the food you're already making for your family
Symptoms that make sense, because you understand what perimenopause is actually doing
Capacity to calm your nervous system, so your sleep improves and you find space for exercise and hobbies you've never had the energy for.
All of that adds up to being the mother you want to be without rage and exhaustion taking over.
The rebuild method
The Rebuild Method starts with what you're already eating and builds from there, so your body gets replenished inside the life that's been depleting it.
Stabilise. We start with the meals you already cook for your family and ask "what else can I add?", so your blood sugar settles without separate meals or relying on willpower. Clients who've done this with me call the result a "Tasha meal", and they're usually surprised how well their families take to it: kids trying things they'd normally refuse, a partner asking for the upgraded version of a favourite, and nobody noticing they're being fed any differently.
Replenish. We work out what pregnancy and years of feeding everyone else first have used up. You'll learn what to ask for in a blood test, what the numbers could mean, and how to choose a good-quality supplement so you're no longer guessing from a shelf of pots you can't remember buying.
Understand. Perimenopause, blood sugar, digestion and hormones, explained properly, so your symptoms stop feeling random and you can read what your body is telling you.
Expand. Once you've got some energy back, we turn to your nervous system: sleep, movement, time for yourself and the rhythms of your day and month. By this stage you're building the confidence to know what your body needs without second-guessing every decision.
Refine. If something's still stuck, whether that's your gut, your cycle, your mood or results that don't add up, this is where we take a deeper look at your health history and testing and build a plan around you. Refine is included in REBUILD VIP.
In REBUILD, we work through the first four stages to set the foundations and gain deep understanding of where to focus and build capacity. The fifth stage is for when you need more personalised support, available with the VIP upgrade.
HI, I'M TASHA
I'm a nutritional therapist who specialises in rebuilding depleted perimenopausal mums.
When I first stopped dieting and instead started eating whole food, cooked from scratch, I went all in with a huge overhaul of my diet. Pre-kids it was feasible, except within a couple of years I found myself being paranoid and pedantic about eating out. Suddenly I realised that being dogmatic about food completely sucked the joy out of it.
I started using the philosophy 'What else can I add?' when I introduced solids to my first child, trying to think of creative ways to add more fibre and protein into their food.
Over time, when I realised my own diet had slipped away from what I wanted, I started using the philosophy for myself, and later, my clients.
I flipped the restrictive approach of most nutrition advice because I saw it fall apart the moment my clients' lives filled up.
Instead of restriction, addition. Instead of taking things away, teaching them to build on what's already there.
"What else can I add to make this work harder for me?"
That question became the foundation of all the work I do with my clients, and eventually the philosophy behind The Rebuild Method. The women coming to me weren't starting from neutral. They were starting depleted – pregnancy, birth and years of broken sleep and skipped breakfasts had pulled from reserves they didn't have.
So I meet them where they are: already cooking family meals, just not in a way that's building them back up. Small moves, achievable right now, layered into what's already on the table.
And that’s what makes the changes stick.
Your REBUILD Roadmap
Month 1: Laying Foundations
Your blood sugar starts to settle, your energy steadies, and the 3pm crash stops being inevitable.
You break out of the family food rut and learn to factor yourself into the meal plan using "what else can I add?"
You'll learn what to ask for in a blood test, so you know where your gaps are likely to be, and which foods help fill them.
By the end of the month you'll know how to turn your usual Tuesday dinner into a “Tasha meal” without cooking anything separate.
Month 2: Building Understanding
You understand what's actually happening in your body.
How perimenopause, digestion, detoxification and hormones connect. Why your body is responding the way it is. Which symptoms are depletion, which are perimenopause, which are routine and lifestyle. And what to do about each.
Month 3: Expanding Capacity
Now you're stable and informed, you have the headspace to layer in nervous system regulation, movement, sleep and daily rhythm properly.
These are the things you always knew mattered but never had the energy for. By now, the first two months have given you some of that energy back.
“I was feeling exhausted a lot of the time and falling asleep most afternoons and evenings. I’d also been told I had high cholesterol, and decided to get some guidance from a nutritional therapist.
My energy levels have improved. I know how to put together a savoury breakfast and lunch that supports my blood sugar and leaves me feeling fuller for longer, and I’m more aware of how my body reacts to different foods. I’m moving daily now — something I didn’t think I had time for.
Tasha presents information in a memorable way, and is great at leading you to the answers you already knew.”
WHAT'S INSIDE REBUILD?
Over 3 months, you'll work directly with me and the Rebuild community to replenish your body and build instinctive confidence in what it needs.
2 x live Q&A sessions per month (1 hour each), bring what your body's doing that week and ask, so symptoms stop feeling random.
2 x deep dives (1.5 hours each) across the 3 months for deeper learning on a specific topic around perimenopause.
Monthly recipe packs, built to break the family food rut using "what else can I add?", plus a growing recipe database you can keep coming back to.
A fortnightly check-in form – prompts on energy, sleep and food, for measurable and tangible changes. In Month 3 we look back and reflect on what’s improved.
A private Telegram group for daily support between calls.
Supportive handouts and practical tools you can stick up on the fridge and get the whole family involved.
A personalised voice note at the start, based on your intake form and diet diary, so you have somewhere concrete to begin from day one.

If you're a perimenopausal mum in your 40s who's been running on empty since pregnancy, and you're ready to rebuild your body without restriction or overhaul, then yes.
Rebuild isn't for women who want a quick fix or a 30-day reset. And this isn’t a weight loss programme (although that might be a welcome side effect).
It's for women who know something has to change, but have no capacity for another diet that makes them miserable or turns healthy eating into a second job.
If you're at the tipping point where you know you can't keep going like this, but you need a way to rebuild that works inside the life you're already living, this is the work.
-
You'll have live Q&A calls twice per month, and access to our private REBUILD community, where you'll connect with the other mums in the community and give peer support.
And you get a personalised voice note at the start giving you immediate orientation and starting points based on your intake form and diet diary.
-
You get lifetime access to all the content covered during your time in Rebuild.
-
I can't give personalised supplement advice without your health history and background information. In Month 1 there's a video on how to choose good-quality supplements, so you know what you're paying for. If you'd like personalised recommendations, those are included in REBUILD VIP.

No, and you wouldn't believe me if I did.
Here's what I've seen happen when people follow it: they feel more in control of their cravings and food in general, they find capacity for movement and stress management – even if they didn’t think they had any spare time at all – and importantly, they feel more like themselves since having children.
But it has to start with deciding to choose yourself and making change.
Exact results vary depending on where you're starting from, how depleted you are, and how consistently you apply what you're learning.
