The main reason for me booking onto the course was before having kids, really looked after myself, I exercised a lot, I was really mindful of what I put in my body and my nutrition, and I felt like since having children that really just completely fell by the wayside.
I was sort of noticing the knock on effect of it on my moods, on my energy levels. I felt really lost and I knew that I wanted to do something.
