In this week's episode on Raising Healthy Mothers, I'm discussing six key micronutrients I think are often problematic for mums in growing, birthing and feeding their children. When clients come to me with symptoms of fatigue, low motivation, poor sleep, low energy and difficulty losing weight, these are the topmost nutrients I have in mind.
